چکیده

CASE REPORT An 80-year old male nonsmoker who had undergone cadaveric renal transplantation for end-stage renal disease three years previously presented with irritative voiding symptoms and microscopic haematuria. His immunosuppression included cyclosporin for one year and tacrolimus subsequently. 27 years earlier he had undergone a left Orchidectomy for testicular seminorna and radiotherapy for paraaortic nodes.
